LISA Life Coaching Process - 90 minute typical session:
- The first session will be an initial consultation with the client to assess the clients goals and intentions. Also discuss and explore any "self-defeating" patterns (if they are aware of them).
- Subsequent Sessions:
- Tonality check
- Opening/centering - breathing exercises
- 3-5 yoga exercises to get them grounded in their body and discharge the physical energy
- Coaching Session (50 Minutes)
- Assign Homework
- Custom Asana Practice (approximately 25 minutes) - focused on client's mind/body blocks
- Closing Savasana and Meditation
